Can I Return or Exchange My Purchased Items for Any Reason?
If you're wondering whether you can return or exchange the products you purchased online, the answer is yes! You can easily return the items within 15 days of your online purchase, as long as the products are in their original condition and you have the original slips. However, if you have used or opened the product, we will not accept the exchange. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost for returning the product to us, and it will take around 7-10 days to process your exchange after we receive the product.
In case you purchased the product from one of our physical outlets and want to exchange it, you can do so only from the same outlet within 15 days of the original purchase, provided you have the original bill.
Are There Any Restock Charges?
No, there are no restocking charges when you return or exchange your products.
What Happens if I Receive a Broken Item in My Shipment?
We understand that some makeup items can be very delicate and may get damaged during shipping despite our best efforts to pack them securely. If you receive any broken items in your shipment, please let us know within 3 hours of receiving them and share the proof of damage with us. We will require around 4-5 working days to compensate you in the form of a discount coupon based on the actual damage or exchange.
