You can easily return the items within 15 days of your online purchase, as long as the products are in their original condition and you have the original slips. However, if you have used or opened the product, we will not accept the exchange. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost for returning the product to us, and it will take around 7-10 days to process your exchange after we receive the product.
In case you purchased the product from one of our physical outlets and want to exchange it, you can do so only from the same outlet within 15 days of the original purchase, provided you have the original bill.
